Engineering Capacity · On Demand

Hiring a senior engineer takes six months. Your project ships in three.

Embed a vetted senior engineer into your team this month — vetted by the same engineering leads who shipped production systems for a Euronext-listed enterprise client. Five roles. Four lanes. Two contracting entities (Pakistan and United States).

Why Most Teams Are Stuck

The market for senior engineers is broken in five predictable ways.

"Sourcing takes 90 days. Our project ships in 60."

The senior pipeline for blockchain, Kubernetes, data, and AI is thin. By the time the right CV lands on your desk, your runway has shifted.

"The senior CV looks great. The on-call performance does not."

A clean CV doesn't survive a 3am page. Most senior placements fail not on capability but on judgment under pressure.

"Our offshore vendor placed someone. They left in the third sprint."

Vendor-side attrition isn't your fault, but it is your problem. Knowledge transfer mid-engagement costs weeks.

"We hired through a marketplace. They billed for hours nobody can verify."

Marketplace contractors optimize for billable surface area. Embedded engineers optimize for the system they're shipping.

"We finally found the right engineer. They want a US salary and a four-day work week."

Compensation expectations in mature markets have detached from delivery realities for early-stage and mid-market teams.

How We Work

We embed senior engineers — directly in your team, accountable to your milestones.

No layered staffing-firm markups. No bench warming. No CV-shop sourcing. The engineers who ship for AlgoCoder clients are the engineers who write production code on AlgoCoder engagements. Vetted by the same engineering leads who shipped the Atari Token Wallet, the production Kubernetes infrastructure for the ICICB-managed Atari blockchain ecosystem, MetaCoaster and the six CBI metaverse environments, the Cloudflare-native edge architecture for Clust, and the AI engine for Microvest's regulated Bitcoin investment platform.

When the engineer is on your project, they are on your project. They join your stand-up, your repo, your tooling, your on-call rotation. They write production code, not vendor reports.

Our Filter

Three filters. No exceptions.

01

Production track record

We don't place engineers whose only credential is a side project or a tutorial-grade portfolio. Every embedded engineer has shipped at production scale — usually inside an AlgoCoder delivery itself.

02

Live technical conversation with our engineering lead

Not an automated assessment. A live, lane-specific conversation with the AlgoCoder engineering lead who would oversee the work — measuring judgment, not memorization. The same engineering culture that shipped the Atari Wallet, Microvest's AI engine, and Clust's data platform sets the bar.

03

On-call reference

We talk to someone who has been paged by this engineer at 3am. The character signal that matters most — composure under pressure, communication during incidents, ownership of post-mortems — is invisible on a CV.

From Brief to Embed

Four phases. Most engagements move from brief to embedded engineer in under two weeks.

Day 0

Brief

You send the role spec. We send back a clarifying call within 24 hours — a senior engineer on the call, not a sales rep.

Day 1–7

Match

We surface one to three vetted candidates with production-relevant experience in your specific stack. You interview them directly. No middle-layer filtering of your feedback.

Day 7–14

Embed

The engineer joins your stand-ups, your tooling, your repo. Accountable to your engineering manager. Reports inside your sprint structure.

Ongoing

Operate

A senior AlgoCoder lead reviews the engagement weekly. If the embed isn't delivering, we replace them — at our cost, not yours. The accountability stays on AlgoCoder.

The Difference

Why team augmentation with us.

We've shipped what your team is trying to ship.

Multi-chain wallets in production. Production Kubernetes for blockchain ecosystems on AWS and GCP. Real-time data pipelines with embedded LLMs. AI engines analyzing live market data. Cloudflare-native edge for a GPU cloud platform. We don't place engineers into problem domains we haven't already solved ourselves.

Embedded, not parked.

Our engineers join your stand-up, your tooling, your repo, your on-call rotation. They write production code, not vendor reports. They are accountable to your engineering manager, not to a vendor account manager who shields them from your feedback.

Replacement at our cost.

If the embed isn't a fit, we replace them within a defined trial window — at our cost, not yours. The accountability stays on AlgoCoder. You don't carry the cost of vendor-side mismatches.

Where Our People Come From

The engineers we embed come from the same delivery culture that shipped:

  • The Atari Token Wallet — multi-chain, supporting six cryptocurrencies, with a private chain backend.
  • Production Kubernetes on AWS and GCP for the ICICB-managed Atari blockchain ecosystem and for ICICB direct.
  • Cloudflare-native edge architecture for Clust — Workers, Zero Trust, DDoS protection, load balancing.
  • The AI engine for Microvest analyzing real-time Bitcoin market data and sentiment signals — alongside the regulated custodian system and BTC transaction infrastructure.
  • LLM-embedded data pipelines at platform volume for Clust — classification, semantic enrichment, anomaly detection.
  • MetaCoaster, the in-product NFT marketplace, and six CBI metaverse environments running live on Polygon and verifiable on OpenSea.

The named engagements above are representative of the depth, not the breadth, of more than a decade of delivery.

Common Questions

The answers most teams need before they brief us.

How quickly can you embed an engineer?
Most matches happen within seven to fourteen days of the initial brief. For specialized blockchain or AI roles, it can extend to twenty-one days; we tell you that timeline up front, not after the brief is signed.
What contract structures do you support?
Hourly, monthly retainer, and dedicated team (three-month minimum). US-jurisdiction contracting available via AlgoCoder LLC. Pakistan-jurisdiction contracting via AlgoCoder Pvt Ltd.
What if the engineer isn't a fit?
We replace them at our cost within a defined trial window. The accountability stays on AlgoCoder. We do not pass mismatch cost to you.
Do your engineers work in our timezone?
Pakistan-based engineers cover EU and Asia-Pacific working hours natively, with overlap windows defined per engagement. For US-based teams, we agree on a daily overlap window in advance.
Will the engineer work directly in our repo and tooling?
Yes. Embedded means embedded — your stand-up, your repo, your CI/CD, your on-call rotation, your engineering manager. We do not run a parallel vendor toolchain.
Can the embedded engineer work with our existing offshore team?
Yes. We frequently embed alongside existing offshore or in-house engineering teams. Our engineers are not territorial about ownership — they ship the work and document it for the team that owns it long-term.
Do you handle IP assignment?
Yes. Standard IP assignment to the client on payment. Pre-existing AlgoCoder IP (frameworks, internal tooling) stays with AlgoCoder. Spelled out in the master service agreement before any engineer is embedded.
Your Project, Our Engineer

You know the role. You know the bottleneck. We know the engineer.

Send a one-paragraph brief. A senior engineer reads it within 24 hours and replies with one to three vetted candidates — not a generic intake form follow-up.
